I'm almost always wary about using found packs in the cities where I find them. I can't help but think that somebody had their gear jacked and the bag left behind. Somebody is going to be real pissed if they see you using their bag.

(Except in the southwest where you see bags from immigrants which have been dumped, they are open season but are the cheapest bags you'll ever find).
