Last year some Canadian universities put together a team to research how COVID and the police are impacting the homeless population. One of their research projects was to make a map showing various by-laws that target homeless and travelers across Canada: By-Laws - http://covid19-phi.ca/mapOne.html
It contains info on the by-laws and offences in a lot of jurisdictions around Canada. Might be useful to have a look if you're on the road.
