Tryin' to go back to jail

On October 26 09' I got arrested in Florida.........Spent two months in jail until my people could bail me out and I am know awaiting trial and I am doing my best to serve my time in jail(mind you what I did does not put me in prison but county jail) instead of serving probation in this fucking state.

county is WORSE than state/federal. with that said, you can opt out of probation at allocution; really it's quite simple and any first year public pretender (defender) can do it for you. i presume that since you bailed out you have your own counsel and they can roll it for you though. also as you bailed out on 26OCT09 your max date for trial is 26MAR10 so i would force the issue now if you haven't
