wow this proves I was in from the start - bought the Ripper Crust demo offa Scruff (Hellbastard) back in the late '80's, in the glorious old tape trading days (i was at school, couldn't believe I'd got a letter from like a REAL punk rocker !)..... one thing that amuses me is I hardly listen to UK HC anymore and instead obsess and fetishize over old American HC - in the same way American crusties appear to fetishize ancient Brit HC - or do they just wear the patches ?
