Stuck in North Georgia right before Fall.

I hate being stuck around all these rednecks, especially when hunting season starts. Its so miserable its almost unbearable. Anyone in or near Atlanta or the north metro area that is planning a westward adventure? Looking for a road dawg to go with me and my canine sidekick. Id like to split the travel into 50/50 hopping/hitching and walking and taking in the local sights. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I'm looking at maybe LA, no real reason just hear California is where it's at.
 
I was in LA last feb and it was sick. I stayed with an extraction artist and stayed baked all damn day. Its so huge that it would take days to see everything worth seeing.. Its super expensive and the homebums are scary lol

Yeah that's what I've heard. Think I might go tho just to see for myself ya know. That or Seattle...
