hey everyone. Just managed to find this place and I'm loving it so far. Everyone seems pretty cool.
I'll be selling off my car and all my belongings to head up north sometime in February (I'll wait untill taxes go through so I can have some spare money). Seattle will probably be my frist destination, but I'm trying to get over to the east side too...Hope I can meet some great people...here's a little bit about myself...

I'm a spoken-word poet from Las Vegas. Huge music freak. Extremely pagan. Yoga, hiking, tea, and good conversations are the perfect way to live. I play music on my Ocarina (yes...I have a Legend of Zelda Ocarina) and I really dig hole-in-the-wall places that do open mics, or something similar to that.

Also, I don't exactly consider myself gender-queer, but I definitely don't abide by an gender binary because it's a form of hierarchy and oppression. If I had to use identifiers, I would associate with Queer Anarchist. Would be great to meet up with some people within the community!

Rad! I am in Seattle, too, and will probably be here till April or MAy. So if you do indeed find your way up here let me know. :)
(Also good plan to get the fuck out of LV...)

Maybe I'll just message you instead of blowing up this specific post, but it would definitely be great to get to know some people before I head up in that direction :)

and yeah man...Vegas is definitely not the place to be for a person like myself. I've overstayed my welcome, and there is nothing this city can offer me anymore, I've experienced everything I can here...so hopefully I'll be off to experience some newer opportunities and meet like-minded people along the way
