Hey people. My name's Dan. Just arrived in Richmond, VA. Looking for an ultra-cheap place to live off the grid. Please let me know of anything available. I'm liking this site so far, and I hope I can find a place. I'm a smart dude with a number of skills. I'm more than willing to contribute to a collective. I work hard and I'm funny. if you just replaced your name with "jake" with that post that was me 6 months ago. I no longer live in Richmond.

Check out flying brick in Oregon hill. (deleted section) oregon hil is rad all around. theres a couple hobo camps near there.

Church hill area theres LOTS of abandoned houses to squat. be careful and just backdoor it or you'll get busted quick.
