Local actress and beautiful native woman Misty Upham passed this week. She was from the Muckleshoot tribe. She had been having issues with her bi-polar and had gotten off her meds. For gods sake if you need help talk to someone.
 
Sorry :( I've never been on those kind of meds but I have heard from friends who have that there are goods and bads to them and how you feel - had a friend who was overprescribed as she stated it - of course it didn't help was that her boyfriend (and a good friend of mine still) was qute the successful coke dealer - she had too much stuff in her. :( But I do agree do seek help.
