Joined this forum looking for tips on how to travel cheap (and by cheap, I mean really cheap).
If my idea of going backpacking/working in Europe doesn't pan out, then I'll be looking for information on making small amounts of money/squats in the PNW

Most of it is pretty obvious. Stick your thumb out for a ride, hop a train (not as obvious for the how to), bike or walk. Dumpster for food or be a leech and get food stamps. Couchsurf, squat, or camp. You'll learn a lot quicker by just hittin the streets and not trying to figure out how from the interwebz.
