im hopping out of austin via hitching/rails/tramping, to abq to pheonix to north cali to oregon to washington... are there any places i should absolutely avoid... any info would be greatly appreciated... thanks alot :sos:

in all honesty, i would avoid phoenix. unless there's something of major importance on that particular leg of your itinerary, otherwise it just kind of sucks. desert folk aren't necessarily the kindest. and cops in major AZ cities are assholes.

I say you shouldnt avoid anything really. experience shit. avoid the police. otherwise just make some miles
