Heading on road soon havent been a traveler in 2 years wondering if it's changed much also I plan on flying sign in la tn ky and va is it cool to and anyone been to marshall tx latley any feedback is gretfull ty

virgina law's state if you fly you must be moving while the sign is visible to car's. meaning if your at a stop light and it's red, don't stand there flying the sign just walk up the sidewalk about 6 cars worth and then walk back with sign folded or hidden from the public eye. collect money quickly try not to go into the road. If your going into the road be quick about it. Other than that i have no advice for other locations, same way in texas.

if your stopped for it in la tn or ky first just listen and say hello if they say you can't do that , say sorry alot and that you didn't know, 9 out of ten times you will get told to keep it moving meaning keep walking while flying. there is one time where they'll just say there is no flying allowed at all. if so say sorry alot and say you didn't know and say sorry again and move to a new location (city).
