going into canada with an enhanced ID

pretty sure this is absolutely not true. AFAIK, if you have an "enhanced drivers liscence" or a nexus pass, you don't need a passport, but otherwise you do.
 
I heard there's a native reserve in quebec on the canadian side that is on the boarder, and in canda police aren't allowed on native reserve property unless they're called there. Anyone know any ways to hop the boarder into the states? Other than White rock

yes, this is true if you have an 'enhanced driver's license' like the one like @andwhoareyou mentioned. it's designed for those that live in border states to cross more easily into Canada and back on business/recreation trips. Remember it has to be the "enhanced" version, not a regular driver's license.
