Photos Exploring Mt Tibrogargan

Gone Walkabout
Just thought I'd share a few photos from my wanderings around Mt Tibrogargan (Glasshouse Mountains, Queensland, Australia) back around 2014 with my mate Peta and her pup Aura.

It's a gorgeous place - a lot of disused 4x4 tracks, plenty of wildlife (birds, kangeroos, snakes etc) and some fairly safe spots to camp (far away enough from the roads so it's highly unlikely you'd get caught).

And in we go...

If you're ever around Queensland, Australia this is only an hour or two north of Brisbane City and well worth checking out for a few hours or a few days. Just worth checking bushfire warnings, animal baiting warnings and where the Qld Government are patrolling.

Cheers! <3

@Dmac, mate it's on my LONG list of places to check out...unfortunately it's almost 2000kms away from home base. Haven't made it quite that far north just yet. There's the odd rumour of supernatural occurrence and the like around here...but Black Mountain sounds like some next level stuff.

There have been multiple shows and stories about it, Aboriginals claim there are portals to other places. Man I could go on and on but it is easier to just watch some video's of it. Hope you don't go alone! lol It's also called "The Mt of Death" Who wouldn't want to check that out?
