Sad part is, this doesn't surprise me a bit. And I'd bet anything that when they get searched, the cops will "find" drugs on them.
 
Look at all those brainwashed men in blue.. Somebody has to pay their salary. Not enough really crime so they'll just create it.
 
This is mild compared to a lot of videos out there, but since getting into ATX yesterday I can tell there is certainly not enough real crime here to put to put the lack of severity of jaywalking into perspective!

A certain farmyard animal comes to mind when I see this gang in action
