ok this seems to be a walkman the magnetic tape head is removed and a guitar jack put in its place. the headphone jack is replaced with a mono 1/8" jack and connected to a piezo disc buzzer like in an alarm clock. the piezo is glued to the tin can which becomes a large speaker membrane. best sounding kazoo ive ever heard as well.
