I’m a 24 year old guy and I’m just done with living in my current housing situation. I have enough to get a greyhound ticket outta PHX AZ and I would like to know what state or states would be the best to live in?

What states have you been to and did you like? Start with the answer to that.
Do some online research based on what you like, and what, specifically that you are looking for. Even putting in a phrase such as, "What is life like in..." -- TONS of stuff will come up.
The west coast has a lot of travelers and resources, but there is a lot of competition for it too.
No matter where you go, have a plan, and a back-up plan just in case things don't work out the way you hoped, as it usually doesn't.
