Video Average Joey - The Anarchists Who Don't Do Anything

Oh my Fuck.

That was goddamn HILARIOUS.

I have watched A LOT of VeggieTales, and this was always one of my favorite songs.

For those of you who don't get the reference, It's from a 90's christian show about talking vegetables who learn "important lessons" from the bible.

Here's the original, called "The Pirates Who Don't do Anything".

ha that's hilarious, i actually had no idea it was a spoof of a veggie tales song.

Hahaha, this shit is awesome. I love the reference to potlucks.. That shit was always so lame to me. It was like.. the only "events" the "anarchist" community in Salt Lake had to offer the most often.
PC social justice warrior college kid type shit.
Pretty sure i've seen this guy busking on youtube. One video I think I may have found of him he's playing with an awesome washboard player on the street.
think this is the same guy??

Love it! Yes, it looks like a younger skinnier version of the same guy. And that has to be the same banjo. So you agree with me that it’s a spoof of couch potato anarchists rather than a mockery of veggie tales?

Fuckin love Joey. He's such a sweet guy, too. If y'all wanna see more of his stuff he's pretty heavily involved in The 4th River Music Collective in Pittsburg. Here's some links to his stuff:

Plays banjo and does vocals in Cousin Boneless
Plays banjo in The Hills And The Rivers
His solo stuff under Average Joey is brilliant. The album this song came from was one of my favorites of 2018
