So this isn't really music but it is *sound* technically!
I suffer from multiple anxiety disorders and a couple other mental issues that make it very hard for my brain to turn off or for me to relax at all. I discovered ASMR(Autonomous sensory meridian response) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_sensory_meridian_response
This doesn't work for everyone and it is a little strange at first but I thought if it could help anyone else in the way it has me...it's worth mentioning. Certain sounds or visual stimuli trigger a relaxed feeling and a slight 'tingle' feeling...for me it's on the back of my neck and over my head. It helps me sleep, relax...zoneout.
here are some of my favourite videos..you need headphones to get the actual experience.
...yes I know it's weird. It may work for you though. =)
