Ironically, this is the shit the local cops already do, but ok, I guess they weren't being harsh enough, so now we need some jarheads with a hard-on for war to rough up people we as a society have refused to house. Seems like a solid A+ Trump dystopia plan. According to other stuff I've read, Trump is basically planning to roll this sort of thing out everywhere with a Democrat in sight and most of AmeriKKKa seems pretty content to sit on their hands while he takes the last few steps of turning this country into a fascist dictatorship. Not that this country hasn't always been fucked, but it just somehow always finds a way to get worse.
Moving the national guard to occupy cities is insanely expensive and I know that was a huge issue in Los Angeles. NG's are every day people leaving their 9-5 jobs to do this shit, so they are going to want to be paid. I could see this being a huge foil in this plan. Some of the cosplay guys might stick around, but I think money beats hatred in the end. At least, that's my hope. We're deep in this shit there's no pretending it's "about to happen"
