any advice,suggestion? (Hungary)

I'm planning in the days to go either west or east,(hungary->austria->germany or hungary->romania->bulgaria->turkey->(we will see ))i'm planning a big trip.
I'm curious if anyone know anything about eastern europe,turkey (squating,trying to travel free,train hopping,and etc..)

As far as I know there is no train hopping scene in Europe, and there are no boxcars or anything like that like in the US. The cargo cars here look pretty unwelcoming tbh.

Squatting? There are squats, me myself I’m based in Poland and we have a handful of squats here and there. The countries you’re interested in shouldn’t be a problem when it comes to squatting, you can find abandoned stuff anywhere really. Germany used to be big on squatting and alternative culture in general, especially Berlin.

Free travel? Pretty much only hitchhiking, no surprise there. You can try and look for rides in the European app called BlaBla Car, it’s not free though. You pay people for a spot in their car when they’re traveling.
