Ha - I saw this somewhere a little while ago. Guy also has some mad dancing skills and yeah I'd definitely toss some money his way! - that said I'm going to move this over to the art & music sub forum. And thanks for posting!

They're a group called Too Many Zoos, I think this is at a subway station in new York city.

The sax player is also in a band called Lucky Chops which are also petty good.
 
Nothing beats awesome buskers who also dance along! Deffinately shows that they're in the zone
