1500 mile bike trip!

several of my friends and i are biking from grand rapids, michigan to kalispell, montana. if anyone knows of some places between here and there that would help some gypsies it would be much appreciated to receive some suggestions. we are going through indiana, illinois, iowa, south dakota, and then we're home free.

Im in Swityerland at the moment, planning to cycle and hop freight all the way to India. Too damn cold to cycle in the alps though, if I didnt make a town and had to camp I think I could freeze to death. Its unusually cold weather even for the alps in winter at the moment. Im going to try to hop a freight out to Italy and then ride from there.
