Fermented habanero garlic. I when i make it i warm ferment it at 75 degrees for four days and then i put it in the fridge for at least two weeks to finish the ferment. Sometimes it needs more vinegar because garlic does not produce a lot of lactic acid.

DIY Bike Panniers from recycled kitty litter buckets.

a few years ago I sewed my own panniers and even made my own stainless steel rack on the back of the bike to mount them on. I wish I had pictures of it. it seemed like it doubled the weight of my bike empty. this is a really cool idea to use buckets.

Strange Things you find on the woods

I stumbled across an old drinking spot with a ton of really old beer cans and liquor bottles. And and old rickety structure with a bunch of broken antique mason jars outside if it. We thought it might have been a moonshine shack during prohibition.

    StP gathering in 2014 discussion

There is also a free "secret campsite" up icicle creek road out of leavenworth. We would have to compete for space with climbers or raft guides. So weekends would be crowded. I only really know any other free sites so if anyone else has ideas it would be good to get input.
