Anyone done boat life in the Canary Islands?

I been couriering in glasgow and working on my van wich is parked up at housing aco op wich used to be a farm about 40 mins south of the city

Yeah loads of us went from squats to boats I had a wooden life boat in Bristol for awhile,then a sail boat in Scotland, at the mo I'm scheming to get back into boatlife,not sure about bizarre though most boats are functional narrow boats/barges,although there is a pretty tight knit community...

i mean im gonna be racing so ill find plenty of mischeif to get into just wondered what else might be there :)

I'm gonna be hitting Stockholm for the messenger championships end of may what else is there to do there social spaces urban ex etc

Off to Melbourne in February for 3 months before heading north anyone done any bike messenger work that way?

haha awesome its funny you posted that pitcure of bristol i was living on a boat there for awhile and the security guard at the tescos near the harbor used to get really shitty with me for wandering in barefoot..like it wasnt bad enough that i made the harbour untidy :)

yeah theyre great i used to run around barefoot all the time but then they started not letting me in shopds for not wearing shoes ,go figure,but yeah i love em :)

truck/van boatlife everytime

im pretty solitary most of the time like ive got good freinds but i just dont feel the need to be surrounded by people wether im moving or not,ive thought about it loads over the years but just reached a place where im ok with it :)

i got to the point where i started forgetting how to talk to people,like even the smallest conversatipn felt really overwhelming and even now i cant deal with small talk not that i was particuraly good at it before hehe
