    Man, you are like those people with accumulator compulsion. Imagine hitchhiking with all that? I'm very tall, 2,08m (6"8') and sometimes, when takes too much time to someone stop for me I think it could be because the drivers think I'll not fit. But in your case, how do you do?

    Great! I'm from brazil and going up to Alasca on the end of summer (south summer). This book will came in good time to get it all related to train hopping, since we don't have a lot of trains here.

    I think it's quite the same everywhere, at least in the West like the Canadian guy said. I just came from 3+ years traveling in South America, slow travel, hitchhiking. I got a lot of first-timers as well.
