Good gloves/ mittens. Fingers seem to stay warmer in mittens because there close to one another. Just flip top and it's easier to fiddle 18th shit with fingers. Balaclava. Keeps head and face warm. Plus keeps body heat in.. A must in my book. Good luck

Just throwing this in here... But in cold times if you can.. Dry leaves or wads of paper. Preferably places in between 2 layers of clothes will insulate you tremendously. Could save your ass. Tuck short in pants. Pants in socks. Don't use Fiberglass insulation.
