    so to start, olympia wa just had a shift in task force, for the downtown area mostly, 2 officers to every 3 block radius with a no tolerance on sitting, busking and panhandling ( though its easier to get away with panhandling ....). i have recieved 2 tickets and 3 warnings in the past week...
