in reply to the piercings question yes hot water is good. add 2 tablespoons of uniodized sea salt to it mix and hold on to piercing or dab it on for 30 seconds 2 times. 2 times daily if possible, the reason to use sea salt is its the same ph level as our skin.hydrogen peroxide should not be used unless theres already infection present.its good to use neosporin as well. remeber try to keep ur hands away from them.
