I was there roughly a week.
I mostly set camp out on the #3 city bus right bfore it turns back and heads back into town, there's a casino south of town there right across the river and there's an abandoned field there where a house used to be, (only a slab left)...That's where I made camp by those cedar trees ...
(I was trying to swap my SSI over to California so I'd get more, but came back home instead)...Just been through there on the choo choo before lots, & liked Redding always....

Right there on the Walgreens Drug store side of that bridge! hahaha!
There on that southside part where that electrical transformer unit is all fenced in at!....There's like supplies under the bridge, but there's a fence around it all, so there's no way to really get up under that bridge, unless you go on the north side where that billboard sign is....haha!
You'll see a jelly jar on that other side, (that's mine)! If it's still there that is....lol!

Say, do you know where that very first bridge is "north" of the Amtrak depot there in Redding?
If the next time you're down under that very bridge, (where the fences are on both sides underneath), you'll see where I "tagged" "Shoestring" on the bridge-posts, and on that billboards signs legs next to that bridge as well, ...lol! just last month too! hahaha!
If you happen under there anytime soon, can you snap a photo of my moniker "Shoestring" there and send it to me???.....(Thanks)!
