Yeah the rent here is def way better than than Oakland where you feel like your being anally raped over and over as you hemorrhage money out your butthole or san francisco where their might be some sharp sticks involved in the masochistic act of paying for a room. It always seemed normal to me since I grew up there but when I moved away and lived in Olympia and the south and it was hundred of dollars cheaper a room, I got very grumpy thinking of all the money that was wasted paying slum lords in Oakland.

rent in chattanooga is pretty ok. At my house is depends on whether we have someone tenting it in the yard or a couple living there or whatever. My rent has gone between I think 140 and 200 plus bills. I think the house across the street from me pays 200 each and one friends has a little apartment for 380ish
