Sort of a long story. Got them pierced about three years ago at a 10 gauge, then i stretched them to 00 and then took them out for a bit, let them shrink to about a 4, then within three weeks went all the way back up to 1/2 inch. they stretched really easy. Pretty soon i am going to start adding 1 layer of mediacal tape each day, it's a lot cheaper than buying a taper or an entire set especially if you are just going to go up anyways.
