ah, i know this dumpster you speak of. back in ye olde days i would ride my bike there and gorge on organic apples and mushrooms. then one day i went after a long day at work and the dumpster was locked. so sad. buuuuut...there is a better dumpster that is also quite 'metropolitan', so to speak. hang out on first hill and you might find it. top of QA also is personally my favorite. all produce, tons and tons and tons...the one time i got caught i was inside with a headlamp on and i probably looked like i was spelunking or something... the worker opened the door to throw out more stuff and instead of scaring the shit out of him i made him laugh and then he gave me a bunch of grapes. it's always nice when they don't hate you.

its changed now, at first they covered up the religion part but totally left the god is fake! now its a drunk driving ad or something. boooring and so much less informative!

Also, once submitted work gets "submitted", it then goes before everyone for voting. If the votes get rave reviews, this places you at the top of the "publishers" list of thenm reading the work first, thus over time, no matter how bad anybody's work is, (it still gets published), just not as soon, see?
So far I have gotten great "pre-reviews" (as anybody can view and rate the stories on a "pre-review), sooooo, once submitted, I now heard that it may take as long as a year to be in "bookform"!!! Ahhh again!!! lol!

I went to "submit" the work and I of course had been out on another trip and was late in submitting my work, sooooo, there are only two times every year that you submit your work, and the next time is in September now!!! Ahhhh!!! (I just missed the March 4Th daedline too)!!!
