Hi! I'm a queer, gray ace, vegan, biracial, intersectional feminist recently diagnosed with ADHD and navigate life with depression, anxiety and CPTSD. I have dual UK/US citizenship and have spent most of my life in the US. I consider Austin, Tx my homebase in the US. I was born in the UK and spent Highschool years in Japan and lived in many US states before and after HS. In 2016 I left the states to escape the political madness, get decent healthcare and explore the UK/Europe. I ended up living in the Netherlands for almost 5 years. Now due to lots of traumatic events including the pandemic and Brexit, I have to leave. For now I am going to be doing Workaways in the UK. In my free time I am hoping to connect with squatter and activist communities. I would like to participate in mutual aid efforts and direct action and join/help build/maintain alternative self sufficient communities and community led care systems that are committed to divesting from white supremacy and capitalism while supporting those who suffer from it the most such as Queer and Trans Black people and other people of color. My medium-term goal is to get my UK license and save up enough for a van to live and travel in. My long term goal is to either establish my own little self sufficient homestead to grow old at, preferably with other like minded folks in their own homesteads nearby but I'm happy with just me and my pup and whatever other animals join me. I also hope to settle somewhere warm and sunny, cuz I'm tired of the rain and cold! Here on Squat the Planet I hope to meet other like minded people to share with them and learn from them and make some meaningful connections!
