Heading east from LA for some RnR. Anyone know any good wilderness camping spots off the Sunset Route?

Hit up Sedona Arizona, Jermone Arizona, And Prescott Arizona. Jerome has a bad ass little bbq joint called Bobby D's BBQ Best bbq nachos I've ever had. Prescott has a place called The Devil's Pantry another good bbq place.
