Mike Nobody
Outsider artist-musician.
The name Mike Nobody was bestowed onto me by Rob Wright of NoMeansNo (bass/vocals) back in 1991. He liked the name and suggested I keep it. So, I did.
For seven years I was a writer/photographer for the now defunct Jam Rag, the most widely distributed music magazine in the Michigan / Windsor / Ohio / Wisconsin area.
Former guitarist/roommate of The Impaler: Detroit's vampire poet.
Very briefly played with Wesley Willis, 500 ft. of Pipe, Princess Dragon-Mom, M.S.B.R., The Whales, Monster Island / Destroy All Monsters, Monster Bait, and His Name Is Alive.
Former keyboardist / guitarist / noisemaker for the primitive noise electronic group Bionics.
Roadie / cameraman / etc. for His Name Is Alive, Princess Dragon-Mom and Mog Stunt Team.
Contributor to the John Tesh is an alien propaganda of the mid-1990s.
In 2006, I was almost the Michigan Green Party's 9th district U.S. Congressional Candidate. But, I was too damn honest and managed to piss off as many people as who supported me.
