My name is Breanna, or Anna for short. I am 21 years old though I'm about the height of a 15 year old. I have a big personality and even bigger heart. I am opened minded though have a very strong set of morals. I speak my mind and I speak what I personally perceive as the truth, and have a minimal filter. I am experienced with animals and have a strong connection with everyone I meet animal or human. I have a strong intuition that I follow often (and it is not an easy feat to convince me otherwise.) I am a huge "conspiracy theorist" or what I prefer to say is enlightened and awake. I am kind to everyone I meet until they give me a reason not to be. I recently began my spiritual journey and being in the desert has been an absolute life changing experience. I look forward to meeting more like minded people out in the world.
I am traveling the United States with my partner Ike. We left our hometown of Rochester and Middleton New Hampshire in the beginning of December and have been staying on a farm in Cochise Arizona. We have been using resources such as WWOOF (world wide opportunities on organic farms) which basically provides information for farms all over the country, and world, that are organic and looking for work exchange. So right now we are working around 30 hours a week for RichCrest Farms and in exchange we stay in a 2 bedroom trailer with the other couple we are traveling with, and are provided with food and the amenities we need. (Though obviously we all have our own survival gear and supplies stowed away in our packs.)
So we intend on staying here until late February, early March and have not decided exactly what we want to do when we leave. Our plan so far is to get into SoCal and work our way up the west coast leather tramping and staying on farms for a week or so at the most. We have no form of transportation besides our feet and have minimal money (which honestly is the way I like it, dirty broke, beautiful and free.). We left our baby (1997 dodge ram 2500 conversion van w/ 83,000 miles) back home in New Hampshire as we don't have the money to give her the repairs she would need to make it across the country. :'(
We plan on mostly being on the road so we are looking for folks to meet, hitch rides with, and show us New Englanders the West Coast. I'll be honest this is our first trip away from home on our own so we have a lot to learn and any advice anybody had for us would be a tremendous help. Looking forward to whatever may come out of this website.
