MatatuPuncher

Long time ultra budget backpacker both urban and traditional back country multi-day trips. Left home at 18 after high school and worked full time for six months then headed south through Mexico and the rest of central America. Chicken bus mainly but occasional hitchhiking.

Next 10 years were roughly six months work/six month budget travel. Spent about three years total in South America over five different trips. Other travel has taken me to eastern Europe for a few weeks and six months in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

I'm more U.S. focused now and mainly doing multi night backpacking trips in the Eastern U.S. (this humidity sucks). Looking forward to some bicycle travel and who knows what else. Currently semi-employed as a handy man/laborer/do-it all kinda guy.
