    Hey dude I'm on the rails, in green river right now and headed for Denver and then south because the freezing rain and snow and numb hands are kind of impractical... How far down into Mexico are you?

    And then there's all the different corners you can cut that really depend on you. Do you sleep rough, how many meals do you need a day, do you have a way to level out your expenses while moving through it, etc, etc. Like anywhere but, I appreciate, in a place and culture you're (I assume) unfamiliar with.
