Which is a legal fiction by definition. You birth certificate is verification that you were BIRTHED from your mothers water. Just as a ship births at a dock. This is how admiralty law the law of the sea can apply to a human being. Admiralty law "acts and statues" however are only given the force of law when consented by the governed.
