I'm in an awkward place right now. I have a good job and a decent home but I don't like them as much as I used to. I moved to my current location when I grew sick of my old one, and I did this, of course, by taking a bicycle ride. Hundreds of miles later, I put down stakes for a while. I feel a bit empty right now, and I dream of being on the road again. My fantasy is to tour the U.S. and primitive camp. At church today, the pastor asked the question, "What would you do for $5 million?" My answer was that I'd buy what I need to make my fantasy real, and, while touring, find places where the vast majority of that money would do a world of good for those who could really use it. I like interesting stories told by interesting people, and I'm looking forward to reading some here, and posting some of my own. For now, I want to get started with some day/weekend trips, and prepare myself to make that next push forward.
