New Zealand is my favourite place so far. The whole country is incredibly friendly and relaxed, the people are great. there are also loads of travellers living in vehicles, good food and plenty of squats and organic farms. I found it to be the best place I've ever been for hitchhiking and the Westland is a wilderness squatter's paradise; there are chamois, possum and red deer and they are all invasive pest species with no closed season. I want to go back again, it's a brilliant place and Kiwis are absolutely top people.
Australia, on the other hand, is just a cultural wasteland filled with racists.
