if you dont have time to repair it, you could always buy an extra one in a fabric shop and just sew it on top of the old one?
Id just say don't worry about it. Iv'e been there before, and its not the end of the world not being able to zip up. If its really bugging you just go to a seamstress and they'll fix you right up.
Can your sleeping bag open up completely flat... or close enough?
Then lay down at one edge of the material... and roll yourself up like a Fantastic French crepe'.

Also, if you have some pliers or something you could try squeezing and adjusting the zipper slider (if it's the slider thats the problem...)

so it binds the uh...teeth? together better when you try to close it.
Or you can try scavenge a new slider from somewhere/anywhere else.

The slider is messed up so I was gonna try to use pliers to push it back together per @Odins advice
Ahhh... be careful though. Depends on how tough the slider is... could end up breaking it. Kinda like when you bend a piece of wire back and forth till it snaps.
Most of my time on the road I had a broken zipper on my sleeping bag. It was never that big of a deal at all.
Found one![emoji13] hardware store six bucks oh so useful.
