Hey. I'm new to the site. Y'all seem like a really good group and I'm excited to get to know you.

About me- I'm from Boston originally, came to Nola to visit and never left, homebumming it right now. Just trying to get over a nasty patch with dope and move on. It ate up a decade of my life before I knew it. Ready to move on soon once I get my feet back under me.

Thanks for reading and thanks for all the great threads here.

hey there, how is nola these days? are you looking to go somewhere else?
Hey, thank you for all you do for this site.

Nola can really go either way if you're on the street. I'm not out there right now but I've had this city bless me and curse me when I was. It can be real hard out there. There's not a lot of resources. There *are* a lot of abandoes to crash in, and if you like to party there's always something going.

I do want to leave. I'm gonna need some help fixing up the place I'm in then rent it out and use that $ to live off and GTFO, go west. I'd like to chill in N.M for a bit.
Has anyone lived on the street in AbQ? What's it like?

I'm from NoLa, its definitely a city that will trap you. I was strung out pretty bad, I got a script of subs from healthy care for the homeless and caught a train tf outta there. Big citys are cool for resources and parties. But smaller towns is where the love is..best of luck to ya.
