What's everyone riding? I got a DUI last year and have been biking everywhere since. Beats the freaking bus and it's fantastic exercise. The city I live in has a great cycling community too.
I've got an old Giant mountain bike frame that's been that's been converted to a road bike. It's got all suntour x-1 parts and some older Blackburn saddle bags. It actually used to be my Dad's but he gave it to me, him and my uncle rode from Amarillo Texas to Tampa Florida back in the early 90's and this is the Bike he rode. It's a bit heavy but I don't mind; The fat tires and it's weight make it nice and versatile. It's just as easy riding down the street as it is hopping a curb, going down a brick street or riding through grass or gravel.

Sweet! A dude down my alley builds custom bikes, Makes em' all by hand with a TIG welder. He's got some pretty dope bikes. My favorites a trike he built with loooong ass forks and ape hangers. He put a box on back with a battery and a sound system so he can blast music while he's cruising. He put LED underglow lights on the bottom and those flexible wire lights all over the frame. It's pretty sick at night all lit up.

Yeah I've just got a little 90amp stick welder. Don't have 220v wiring in my rental so until I get around to doing that, I needed a buzz box that can run on 110. Welded my fork extensions to the dropouts today, slow getting it all together, I work full time and go to school so my fabrication time is scarce.

Nice clips on the front one one. Used to have clips but the shoes that came with it had the female end as a permanent part of the shoe and when they finally bit the dust I had to switch to some junk pedals because I couldn't afford to replace them. I'd like to get a new pair though. It's so nice having that extra power on the upstroke.

Went to NOLA with this bike, pack and banjo. Just made the rack on front today for my bag. As i am leaving tomorrow. Gonna carry my banjo on my back in a modified gig bag. And my dog will be trotting along side. Camps, squats, a train or two, a lucky couple hitches maybe. Land pirate style. I may load up a longjohn boat and float down the delaware for a night playing banjo. Then hit up the philly skateparks, hop to baltimore and see what happens from there. Not a fan of D.C. but Richmond to Raliegh, then to charlotte and see what the Rag Tag Armada is up to. (Bike punks) who knows. Skatepark tour founded by banjo busking

no kidding. ill try to snag a pic of my partners bike that i use for day to day stuff, thankfully we are both about the same height so i dont have to adjust the seat every time i need to pedal to the store. i dont understand how people ride bmx bikes long distances it would blow my knees right out. not to mention the seat tilted up right into yer butthole/johnson piece, christ im not packing any more heat then the average male but that would drill a hole into my balls faster then i could say ouch.

Haha yeah, im 6'3" too. My knees are shot. The dog cant run all day either its a lot of walking. Downhill is fucking awesome though. Scoop him up in my lap and coast. With.all the weight and momentum we can carry some inertia for a while. Passed the line of cars three times coasting while they hit lights for a solid half mile without pedaling. I also pull the rack off and ride bmx when im bored. Tricks for tips is fun as well
