Having traveled a bit and having countless inquiries like, "why don't you?" I've heard some decent ideas. More than a few times people have mentioned airline work for a couple common reasons such as the benefit of traveling, lax background requirements, job availabilty, open schedueling and so forth. Having a criminal history can be hindering even with a small accumulation of non violent misdemeanors. Jobs that offer benefits of any kind are great considering. Seems you don't get a lot of highly educated people seeking these jobs so the competition wouldn't be that bad and I'd assume they have a high turnover. If I had to bet I'd say Spirit airways doesn't descriminate too much lol. Love to hear any experiences on folks who've actually worked for an airline or travel agency. Good post!
