I'm getting ready for travels and want to like up with some fellow kids. I've lived in the woods for the last 4 years and have developed a method to my madness that i would like to share with those that want to learn. i have never been questioned on what im doing, ive never been located by anybody that was not invited. since i located my new "home" 2 years ago ive never been hungry, thirsty, sick or bored. well i quess the bored part is coming around and made me want to wear out a pair of shoes. post what you know and i will do the same. thanks for joining

That's great you want to teach what you've learned! My hope has been that as I gain skills, I'll be able to teach them, because I want more good people to know these skills so we can start moving back to the land, and I want to remove those prohibitive barriers, mainly money. I don't have much experience at all. I have piece mealed a bit of book/video knowledge, without enough practice to back it up. I just started learning knapping and bow making the other day. The problem with learning skills this way is that it lacks cohesion, it's scattered and doesn't easily crossover into how to actually live and thrive in the wilderness, not just survival and getting out alive. I guess as long as I understand needs and priorities though, I can pick up the skills that fit those, but I feel like I need to get out there and have the experience in it's entirety.

Thanks for doing this!
