Almost not here
In a few months, ish, I'll be leaving life as I know it for something new, hopefully greater. Walking, hitchhiking... I've spent the last few months reading and buying gear. And I'm sure the majority of my assumptions about what I need and what will happen are comically wrong. Can't wait for the punchlines. So I'm probably just as ready as anyone else their first time out. I hope to meet some of you in my travels.
Right now I live about an hour southwest of NOLA in Thibodaux, Louisiana. I'm currently working as a grocery store manager in Morgan City, Louisiana. So during the next few months before I leave, if any of you come through here, I can give you food (we throw a lot away) and sometimes even 'expired' cigarettes.
