Do any on you know of this forum used it's own speed check, or whether that is strictly up to the users device? I've been having some serious issues with my spell check going crazy on StP for a while now

Any spell check would be device dependent, and separate from the StP website. If StP started spell checking your posts there would likely arise some kind of conflict between the spell check on the website and the one on your device.

You can, of course, always check your own spelling. However, in my own opinion, relying overmuch on highly formalized language as a means of securing the esteem of one's peers risks priviledging form and formalism over content and true meaning, semantics over semiotics if you will. The ragged pathos of a life truly lived ought to be celebrated for the bacchanalian becoming-other that it truly is, rather than repressed in favor of a stultifying, highly conceptualized being-as-such. And after all, in simply palling around and shooting the poop with fellow miscreants and ne'er-do-well's, whomst's opinions are you aftaid of?

Thanks Matt.

And @Maxnomad it isint the self checking, it is just that when I type too fast on this forum, it goes crazy and inputs like 3 of the same words in a row, like: thisthisthissss.

It's weird

Anyway, ya, I'll try to see if I can make some changes to my device settings. Thank you.

Support StP!

Donations go towards paying our monthly server fees, adding new features to the website, and occasionally putting a burrito in Matt's mouth.

Total amount
$20.00
Goal
$100.00

Monthly Goals

  1. Paying the Bills
    $20.00 of $50.00
The first $50 in donations go towards paying our monthly server fees and adding new features to the website. Once this goal is reached, we'll see about feeding Matt that burrito.
  2. Buy Matt a Beer
    $20.00 of $75.00
Now that we have the bills paid for this month, let's give Matt a hearty thank you by buying him a drink for all the hard work he's done for StP. Hopefully his will help keep him from going insane after a long day of squishing website bugs.
  3. Feed Matt a Burrito
    $20.00 of $100.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt has a beer in his hand, how about showing him your love by rewarding all his hard work with a big fat burrito to put in his mouth. This will keep him alive while programming new features for the website.
  4. Finance the Shopping Cart
    $20.00 of $200.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt is fed, perhaps it's time to start planning for those twilight years under the bridge... if only he had that golden shopping cart all the oogles are bragging about these days.

Hey all, been a while, a lot has happened! A little update, my bf got charged with domestic & my shoulder is sprained: things are in the works right now and my plan is to get an RV & GTF outta here!
If I had one more freight hop left in me, maybe two, I would take an NS 27A (auto rack) to Macon, get shuttled to Warner Robins to visit my friends since I haven't seen them for quite a while, then head back to Macon. Next up, maybe I would stay put under a skirted piggyback heading southbound to Jacksonville just to explore the Macon/Valdosta districts.
