Hey everyone! Coming out to this year's party on an island? Maybe you're looking for a ride out to Bellingham so you won't miss the boat? Post here if you have a ride or need one and let's get everyone out there safe and ready to party!

I need a ride. If you can pick me up in Washington DC, Im ready to go tonight.

I share the impulse with a lot of you to bug the fuck out right now, but I'd be interested in carpooling cross country with some homies when/if the time is right. Stay safe.

Need a ride from NYC to Chicago, have a ride the rest of the way.

Would actually like to hop part of or all of the way with someone who knows the route, only done it once and have a +1 who never has.

Plan on hitchhiking i80 the whole time otherwise, so would love to meet up along the way if any other folks don't get rides either

That’d be awesome, its not until august so still quite a bit of time but I’ll definitely take you up on that offer if I’m on foot in that area!

Hey all, I've got a slick ride with room for another person and I'm thinking of coming out this year. I'd be coming from Milwaukee or Viroqua, WI and would be offering a one way ride as I'd be heading to OR afterwards.

Hey Ashtree! I'm here in Milwaukee, I'll pay the gas. I first have to find out if my boss will honor my paid vacation request. I'm sure he can find someone to do my shift. I'll Amtrak it back home unless someone is coming back this way. I live in the Riverwest neighborhood.

Oh fantastic! If it’s not a problem for you, I would really appreciate that because I don’t have a job right now, so thanks for offering that! I hope they honor the vacation request. It seems like they have ample notice.
I live in Riverwest, too. :)

Hey I'm gonna be heading over from Grand Marais, MN. Driving through a lot of nowhere but if anyone wants to join send me a message :)
Can I fiddle with the radio and hang my feet out of the window?

I don't know if I'll need a ride. Hopefully not, but I'll post here as we get closer if I don't think I can make it on my own.

Hell yeah man. Just don't let the bugs in. If you pass this way I'm in empty employee housing for a couple more weeks before the foreign students get here. There's three spare matresses, wifi, and unlimited hot water if you can keep a low profile.

I plan to hit Indianapolis then possibly travel through the north, so I MAY take you up on that if I'm near ya. Thanks!

Monthly Goals

  1. Paying the Bills
    $25.00 of $50.00
The first $50 in donations go towards paying our monthly server fees and adding new features to the website. Once this goal is reached, we'll see about feeding Matt that burrito.
  2. Buy Matt a Beer
    $25.00 of $75.00
Now that we have the bills paid for this month, let's give Matt a hearty thank you by buying him a drink for all the hard work he's done for StP. Hopefully his will help keep him from going insane after a long day of squishing website bugs.
  3. Feed Matt a Burrito
    $25.00 of $100.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt has a beer in his hand, how about showing him your love by rewarding all his hard work with a big fat burrito to put in his mouth. This will keep him alive while programming new features for the website.
  4. Finance the Shopping Cart
    $25.00 of $200.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt is fed, perhaps it's time to start planning for those twilight years under the bridge... if only he had that golden shopping cart all the oogles are bragging about these days.

I hate my fucking back. A combination of bank bullshit and now a strained or sprained back had kept me held up in Pennsylvania. Have a place to stay, but I'm pissed at life trying to keep me off the road!

You say I should love myself and have more self-confidence. You've got it all wrong. I love myself plenty, and I know for a fact that I am capable of doing incredible things, both good and evil.
You say fake it till you make it. I'm too honest for that. Instead I will have faith in myself, and act accordingly.
These new rules for the train riding forum are ridiculous. I've been on here for 5 ish years.
