I honestly cannot remember. I've been trying to figure it out since I left. We drove past the old abandoned six flags, 20 minutes or so, parked by this really sketchy convenience store in the middle of no where, hopped a fence and walked through the woods for a bit and we popped out onto this shore. It must have been a lake. Further down the shore you could see destroyed pools and concrete diving platforms covered in all sorts of graffiti.

New Orleans has a lot to see. You were most likley at lake pontchartrain.
The Six Flags, right after the hurricane, was the most amazing place to hang out at. Look up the photos of it now, all busted up and scary. They use it to film movies and junk now. Sucks, cops keep that place on lock hard now.
